Many of us face anxiety as a chronic disorder that we must learn to manage each day. Anxiety causes debilitating mental states that test the willpower of those that manifest the disorder. Anxiety can prove perseverance, allow for deeper awareness of the our surroundings, and can occasionally give us an excuse to laugh at ourselves. Through communication, research, and developing open minds, society can accept anxiety, and then we can all work together to help relieve sufferers.
